Tying customers to orders is very important. Is there a way to tie an order to a customer, sometime AFTER THE ORDER has begun? Asking for customer information is difficult as is, and is MOST NATURALLY done towards the end of the conversation, NOT AT THE BEGINNING. The lack of this feature is very problematic for our business.

I would appreciate any help possible.
