Hi folks, we have a Honeywell 7580G scanner we are trying to use in our app, to emulate the keyboard. We have a sandbox station and mini, as well as an EU production station and mini. The scanner works perfectly on the production and sandbox station devices, but will not work in the mini.

We were recommended this device by your team as fully compatible with all Clover devices so we're disappointed to learn this doesn't seem to be the case. Could you advise us as to why the device might not be working?

Here is what I think is the only relative log pointing to the vendor and product ids: UsbDevice[mName=/dev/bus/usb/001/009,mVendorId=1060,mProductId=60416,mClass=255,mSubclass=0,mProtocol=1,mInterfaces=[Landroid.os.Parcelable;@41974aa8], hard keyboard enabled? false UsbDevice[mName=/dev/bus/usb/001/004,mVendorId=1561,mProductId=296,mClass=0,mSubclass=0,mProtocol=0,mInterfaces=[Landroid.os.Parcelable;@41974750], hard keyboard enabled? false

As you can see this is a log from the Mini indicating the 'hard keyboard' is not enabled, I guess this should be true. There is a similar unanswered question here.

Just FYI, for security reasons, we require each app to declare USB devices to which it will connect. It will only be allowed to connect to those declared devices. We have to ensure those app -> device mappings are in place in each Clover environment.
